“Everyone” is not your customer

Too many businesses do not die of starvation. They die of indecision.

Trying to be on every platform is a losing model. Trying to sell to everyone is a losing model. Instead, it is time we changed the way you are doing things so you can get more results with less effort.

Kendall Jenner is worth a billion dollars. Have you seen her posting on LinkedIn every day? Do you see Jeff Bezos on TikTok?

Stop being mediocre in ten places and be great at one or two.

It is time to rethink what you are doing. It is time to figure out what is getting the most sales, not what just getting the most “leads”. Lets rebuild things the right way.

  • Diagnose and Treat

It all begins with figuring out what is wrong and coming up with a plan. I can tell you a lot about sales, but you don’t need to know everything. You need to know the NEXT thing. Focusing on everything means you are focused on nothing.

  • Who Are They?

Who are your ideal customers? What makes them curse under their breath and shake their fists in anger? Who do they already trust and where do they hang out? Make sure you are taking the time to really know your customers on an deep level.

  • Where To Focus

So many of us try to dig in random places and hope to find treasure. That is not going to work. Lets narrow things down first. Stop trying to dig on every social media and PPC platform. It is time we find a single map and follow it as a team.

  • Turn Leads Into Sales

The point of marketing is to create revenue. But we have been burying sales with pointless leads that make them groan every time. We need to build processes that customers and sales teams are excited about, or else we are just flushing cash.

These are just a simple overview of things that we can help you streamline. If you want to talk more about your specific problems and see if we align on our tactics, the best thing to do would be to schedule a time to talk.
