Not Theory, Proven in Practice.

Most sales advice is written by people who’ve never actually sold anything. Or worse, by someone who hasn’t picked up a phone since 2009.

🧠 Emotion First, Tactics Second

All decisions are emotional. I train teams to tap into that instead of fighting it.

🛑No Bro-Hacks. No Bullshit.

I’ve coached hundreds of reps. Real change doesn’t come from scripts or “10x hacks.” It comes from fixing broken systems.

📈 Built to Scale, Not Burn Out

I teach teams how to grow without adding more meetings, dashboards, or drama.

🤝 Human-Centered Sales

Your team should feel proud of how they sell. Your customers should feel seen, not sold to.

Overwhelmed?

The biggest problem I see is that business owners and salespeople don’t know what to do next.

They have dozens of good ideas that they start and then lose track of. To paraphrase Ron Swanson, they half-ass two things rather than whole-assing one.

Set up a chat to see if I can clarify things for you.

What is bothering you most about your sales?

  • Everyone wants more sales. But there can be a dozen different things (or more) that can stall a pipeline. The problem is, I cannot tell you which one it is without talking to you first. But it is almost never “not enough calls”.

  • More people quit because of bad managers than any other reason. If people keep leaving, it is not usually just a pay issue. It is usually a toxic workplace issue. We need to take a look, see where the friction is, and fix it ASAP!

  • Bad news. It is your job to make them care. Odds are good you are talking about the wrong things and they have started to tune out. Focus on more intrinsic motivations to get them excited again.

  • One of the biggest problems I see is poor targeting. If your team needs to make 1,000 phone calls to make a deal, you have your issue. It is time to narrow things down and stop trying to help “everyone”.

  • This is common. there is so much advice out there, it is hard to know what problem is the biggest. It is like being in a leaky boat and not knowing which hole is the biggest. Let me help you narrow it down.

  • Maybe, maybe not. In my expeirence it is not the tech that is the issue, it is almost always people. People don’t update the CRM. They get buried in data entry. Or they don’t use the tools you give them at all. Let’ take a step back and see what is/isn’t needed.

  • Grow a beard. I found I became a lot more attractive when I covered more of my face. If that doesn’t work, try delusions of granduer.
